Meet the Executive Team

Julie Jerbic is our General Manager and heads the Help Desk Team. Julie's attention to detail is impeccable and she takes great pride in making sure every conference registration setup is a total success for both the delegate and the conference convener. Julie specialises in academic and association conferences, with complex abstract programs.

Daniel, has been a designer and programmer for over 20 years now and has worked in the conference and event technology industry since 2008. Having such a long history in design, print and coding Daniel brings a unique set of skills with him. His passion for great design is an asset to our team, and he is constantly looking for ways to improve our users experiences and user interface for all of our software. Daniel has worked in many events and has a strong technical understanding design and programming as well as how to develop rich user experiences.

Craig has over 25 years of involvement in management within the hospitality, conference and event industry, in both Australia and overseas. Craig's diverse range of experience provide him with a high level of expertise in all areas of organising and running events. His knowledge of hotel and venue operations is invaluable to our clients.

Joshua who has lived and worked in China has vast experience in Wireless Union Systems, Storage Management Systems, Geographic Information Systems and Web Base Data Systems. Joshua now lives in Australia with his young family and has become a vital part of the continued development of 's technology.

With a passion for the events industry and ensuring the success of any event she works on, Sarah brings to Conference Online over 10 years experience. Sarah has a background in corporate, association and not-for-profit events ranging from 100 - 1000 delegates.

Jody brings experience having held upper level administration and management roles all of her working career. Driven by results she takes pride in providing the best customer service possible. As an event technology specialist, Jody loves helping people plan, optimise and launch their events. Her roles include phone and technology support, and assisting our clients with training in our system.

Specialising in charity, fundraising and not-for-profit events, Danielle Stenhouse brings 20 years of experience and a genuine enthusiasm for events. Danielle's background includes organising a range of diverse and unusual events with a meticulous focus on details and logistics. Always willing to do the hard yards, Danielle loves nothing more than seeing an event evolve from conception to completion.

Ian has extensive experience in the events industry, from catering and hotel management to theming and production. As part of the Conference Online team he fulfils a Sales Development role which includes working with our very experienced Sales Development team.

Liz has more than 20 years experience in conference, event, expo, function and festival planning, venue management and operations. She is well versed in the needs of the organiser and the venue in respect to the seamless functionality of all style of events in a broad range of locations. Liz has worked in the event and hospitality industries in various roles including Convention Service Manager, Sales Manager and General Manager.

Fiona is a well travelled events professional with exceptional attention to detail who spares no effort to ensure the success of each client's event. Her background in conference and event management culminates in over 15 years' experience including Corporate, Outdoor, Association and Government sectors.

Val has a background of management in law practices and travel agencies. She brings to the company her extensive experience of over 40 years in corporate management, the MICE, tourism and travel industries, conference management and the application of e-commerce enabled technology to business.

Ray is passionate about the events industry and has worked in Australia & Internationally for a long period of time. Some of the iconic events in which he has been involved in management roles include; Gympie Muster, Supercars, Commonwealth Games - Operations Manager Sponsorship Activation, Pan Pacific Masters Games, Rugby League World Cup 2018.

Sally has been producing events and conferences of all shapes and sizes, since the mid-90s. With clients in corporate conferencing, entertainment, not for profit and government organisations, Sally understands what it takes to get it done, and in fact is well known as the one to call when you need to get something done. Sally is passionate about building the capacity and capability of individuals, committees and organisations producing or creating amazing events.

Hence Sally's passion to work with Event Technology.
